What are the payment options?
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you encounter any issues at checkout, please email us at support@agesify.com for assistance.
Apple Pay: If you have an iPhone with Apple Pay enabled, you can use Apple Pay on both desktop and mobile. On desktop, you’ll need MacOS Sierra or above, and on iOS, you’ll need iOS 11 or above. Note: Apple Pay is not supported if you visited our site through an in-app browser, like Facebook's.
Google Pay: Use Google Pay on both desktop and mobile with your Google account.
ShopPay: Seamless payments via ShopPay are available if you have a Shopify account.
Common Payment Issues
I’m getting a payment error when I try to check out. What can I do?
If you encounter an error, double-check your billing information for typos. Common issues include incorrect credit card numbers or CVV codes. For errors stating "Your payment details couldn’t be verified," review your credit card number and CVV. If you see "Security code was not matched by the processor," the CVV might be incorrect.
I was charged more than once for an order. What happened?
If you notice multiple charges, check your email for order confirmations:
- One confirmation: Likely, only one order went through. Duplicate charges should disappear in 2-3 business days.
- No confirmation: Orders didn't go through. Try placing your order again, ensuring all billing and shipping details are correct. Charges should disappear in 1-2 business days. For persistent issues, contact us at support@agesify.com.
Credit Card Payment Details
Our direct payment gateway encrypts your credit card data following the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is deleted afterward.
