Refund policy

Eligibility
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened bottles are not eligible for a refund.

How to Return
Email support@agesify.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Exchanges
Email us and we'll set it up directly.
