Shipping policy

Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, and timing can vary by location and carrier.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. Once an order ships, we can't redirect it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email support@agesify.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we'll resolve it directly.
